Dr. Adam D. Drummond
Dr. Adam Drummond is Lead Consultant and CEO of Drummond Educational Innovations. He consults with schools in strategic planning, instructional design, classroom management, data analysis, and community engagement. Adam works with groups to build collaborative environments for schools. He currently serves as the VP of the Boys and Girls Club of Huntington County, Co-Chair of the Huntington County United Way Campaign, and community representative with the Title I Family Advisory Committee. His passion includes birth-5 child development, community outreach, mentoring, and curriculum design. He is a trainer with NAESP Mentor Coach for Principals, Time to Teach (Classroom Management), Boys Alive! (how boys learn) and Ruby Payne trainer. Adam is an adjunct professor at Huntington University, and is involved with the Indiana Association of School Principals, NAESP Board of Directors, and Ball State University Alumni Council. Adam received his B.S. in Elementary Education, M.A. in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education, Specialist in Education (Ed.S.), and earned his Doctorate in Education in 2014. His dissertation focused on principal qualities in high poverty, high performing schools.
